The fact is they the manor did not arrange for her to have a companion to her appointment and was now deliberately giving her a hard time. These are just some of the nightmares I witnessed and know is going on to this day... There were even times that they didn't even have a night supervisor working... I know for a fact because I got up one morning at 4 am and had to go to the nurses station and asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn't one for that evening. A woman in the room next to mine I know she made a big complaint when she got out of there for the same reasons as stated above. For all the wonderful nurses, CNA's and PT and OT workers there, it is a shame there are those who do work there that should not be in charge of patients or peoples well-being.

He called to check up on me and that made me like him even more. Same day surgery nurses, the surgery tech and everyone else that took care of me was awesome. I have also had other dealings with our small town hospital and every time I have been taken great care of.
One of the slowest, unprofessional, careless hospitals Iv seen filled with people who are only there for a paycheck. The staff is incredibly rude and slack. My nurse got an attitude when I asked him what meds he was trying to get me to take. He did not tell me what was wrong, barely spent 2 minutes in the room and did a half exam.

Even though the nursing staff was nice the care from the doctor made experience very unpleasant. I will not use this hospital ever again. When ask if I was going to deliver there I politely told the doctor and his nursing staff I will cross my legs until I make it to TMH or Archbold.

Memorial Manor was built adjacent to Memorial Hospital in 1972, when Fidelis Nursing Home closed. The Fidelis Nursing Home Board of Directors, including Mrs. H. Everybody that took care of him was really nice. They had a counselor who talked to me and she was amazing. She was very informative and she took her time to have small talks with the patients to be familiarized with them.
It doesn't maybe have as many of the newer kinds of facilities that some of the newer homes have, but other than that, everything there is fine. Also they have no limit on the visiting hours. The health inspection team consists of trained inspectors, including at least one registered nurse. My grandmother who recently stayed there said she was really happy with the staff and the services provided by memorial manor; especially the physical therapy staff. It was great to know my grandmother was comfortable and happy through her challenging rehab.
